We started the week by carol singing at the court where the children demonstrated the songs they had learned.
When we had sung our songs we listened to the children from Overbury First school sing some carols.
When we had finished we had a drink before returning to nursery.
On Tuesday we went to the church to perform our nativity for our parents.
The children dressed in their costumes ready for their acting debut.
The Kings sat patiently with their donkey.
The Kings set off with their gifts for the baby Jesus.
The children were amazing and parents and grandparents alike gave them huge applause when they had finished.
Some of the quietest children shone during the performance.
On Wednesday it was time to let our hair down and party. We were very lucky that Father Christmas had time in his busy schedule to visit us with small gifts for the children.
The nursery staff would like to thank all the parents for their support over the last year and we are looking forward to doing it all again next year.
