The children have been learning all about bending and stretching, listening to and following instructions as well as how to relax.
They learned about balance and finding the centre of their body.
They learned that being still and quiet is important for your muscles to rest.
Yoga has lots of benefits including enhancing physical flexibility, helping balance and coordination, developing focus and concentration and boosting self esteem and confidence.
