The children have had a busy week harvesting strawberries from our garden and going to the woods with the three little pigs.

We have been out and about looking for signs of Spring, there are so many this week we wanted to share them with you.

As its very quiet at nursery at the moment we thought everyone would like to see how lovely the garden looks in the Spring sunshine. 

The children have enjoyed looking at the raised water levels after all the rain we have had this week. 

The nursery is part of the Woodland Trust Green Tree Schools award so today the children have been talking about trees, how they lose their leaves and how they are good for nature and the environment.

The babies have been out and about exploring their environment and the nature around us. 

The children have been out and about looking for signs of autumn and learning about road safety. 

The children have been on a discovery walk searching for mushrooms and fungi.

April brought her ducklings to visit the nursery, they made lots of noise.

We went to watch the combine harvester harvest the pea crop that has been growing near the nursery. We could hear it from the nursery so followed the sounds until we discovered it in a field nearby.
