The children have been celebrating food this week during British food fortnight with a visit from Jack and Tom, the chefs at the Yew tree pub in Conderton. 

 As Autumn approaches the children have been looking at reflections in the water whilst out and about on the estate.

The children have been very excited today as the combine was in the field bringing in the wheat. 

The children have been milling their own whole grain flour today from wheat grown on the farm. 

The sad time of year has arrived again when we say good bye to our school leavers.

The children love this time of year when they can visit the kitchen gardens and pick fresh fruit and vegetables.

The children were lucky enough to have farmer Jake talk to them about the crops he is growing this year on the farm. He showed them some plants and explained what each one would go to make.

The children have been visiting Harry, the head gardener, in the kitchen gardens each week on a Tuesday.

The children have loved learning all about the coronation this week and we finished the week off by having a picnic lunch
