The children have been out and about collecting their Christmas tree and decorating it with home made decorations.

The children have been celebrating Halloween by dressing up, playing party games and walking around the village collecting treats. 

The rain stayed off long enough for the children to take part in an Overbury tradition of dancing around the Maypole. Overbury First school students helped Grasshoppers to overcome their nerves and take part in the first dance.

Today the children have been learning how to make pancakes. They have had lots of fun eating them as well as pancake racing in the garden.

The staff and children have had a busy week carol singing, taking part in the Nativity and meeting Father Christmas.

The children have been for a ride on the tractor and trailer to select their Christmas tree for the nursery.

The children had great fun this week taking part in lots of halloween related activities. We walked around the village collecting treats to take home even found a dog on the estate that joined in with the fun.

The children have been celebrating British food fortnight for the past couple of weeks and we finished our celebrations by making Hulk soup along side the RHS soup share event.
