With a variety of delicious treats on offer, from very chocolatey rocky road to tasty seed crisps and everything in between, we set up our table and spread the word, inviting people to visit us and leave a donation.
By the end of the week, we had managed to raise a grand total of £396.77 from cake sales alone. We were also incredibly grateful to receive a very generous donation, taking our overall total to an amazing £450!
Over the years of raising money for Macmillan, we have learnt that together we have raised over £1,000. This is enough to fund a Macmillan nurse for a whole week.
None of this would have been possible without the kindness and generosity of everyone who has donated over the years. Every cake bought, donation given and kind word of support has helped us reach this incredible milestone.
