Farmer Jake brought his tractor to visit Grasshoppers today. The children used what they had learned about safety on the roads to go and see the tractor.
Farmer Jake explained what we had to do to keep ourselves safe around big machinery.
We were then allowed to sit in the tractor and see what its like to be so high up.
We discovered that the tyres on a tractor are big enough to sit in.
When we went back to nursery we drew some tractors and talked about what we had learned.
