The children collected the snow for the mud kitchen where they used it to make cakes.
They did lots of mixing and talked about what they were making to eat.
The children discovered that the ground was very hard which prompted the conversation on how the birds would find any food to eat.
The children decided that they would like to make some special food for the birds to eat.
They hung the bird feeders onto the bird table so that the birds would be able to find it.
