We used coloured rice to fill our pumpkin shape, developing fine motor skills using scoops to fill and empty pots, pans and tubs. The children even helped to tidy the rice from the floor once they had finished exploring.
The children have enjoyed a variety of creative activities which have been placed on the window for all to see and enjoy.
We have been exploring pumpkins that have been grown in the kitchen gardens, this one has been turned into a cave for some dinosaurs.
